HQ Abandoned School
HQ Abandoned School - it's a completely modular flexible set of 3D-models, textures, materials and shaders that will let you dive into an atmoshpheric abandoned place of the previous century.

The outside part of the environment includes the modular building, fences, vegetation and even a custom skybox (shooted on my DSLR camera =))
The interior of the building made of modular pieces, so the end user can build any layouts.
The night scene is included in the pack too.
100 different book designs have been created to allow the complete library creation, and 50 pre-made stacks of books to make the shelf populating much faster and comfortable.
The lite version of Object Placement Tool is included in this pack. This tool allows you to quickly populate scenes with the big number of different objects. For example, all these books on the floor have been distributed using this tool http://u3d.as/WBU
For the moment this project's demo scene contains 7 different rooms (two classrooms, two toilets, library, gym, lockers room) and corridors between them.
Included substance materials give an ability to customize walls, floors and, for the moment, student desks. You can adjust colors, dirtiness, size of the tile etc.
All necessary props have LOD groups, that gives some performance boost.
